The Problem
A leading fire system manufacturer (installed at London's Shard and Abu Dhabi airport) wanted to launch their first IoT-enabled product, but needed to develop an effective Go To Market approach.
The Approach
​Customer Interviews
As Head of Digital Product, Christina conducted over 50 customer interviews and site visits and identified several key pain points that became the focus for the new product.

Product Testing & Development
She then led the team to validate the app interface with 15 installers and end users, created a digital product strategy, directed product development with user story mapping, managed beta testing across customer sites, and coordinated the pilot launch, overseeing installations, contracts, and deployment.​
